PAYMENT TERMS

All SCALE Event passes must be paid for at the time of booking by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay by Bank or by credit or debit card.

 

Payment by invoice is available for bookings of £1000 + VAT or more. Please contact accounts@inflection-point.co.uk if you require this.

 

Attendance is only confirmed once payment is received.

REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee includes access to the event areas and session specified at time of booking.

 

Lunch and refreshments are not included unless otherwise stated.

EVENT ACCOMMODATION 

Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

 

TRAVEL
Travel is not included. Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements.

 

Inflection Point Events Ltd is not liable for delays or non-attendance due to transportation issues, including strikes or cancellations.

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
All delegate bookings are non-refundable.

 

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your pass to a colleague by contacting us at marketing@inflection-point.co.uk

 

DATA PRIVACY

Inflection Point Events Ltd will collect and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
